In loving memory of Anthony Magny, a cherished, husband, father, brother, and friend, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Antonio passed away on March 17, 2024, leaving a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.
Antonio was born to Anne-Marie Blot and Gerald Magny, alongside his siblings: Kesta, and brothers Carl, Phillipe, and Evans. At the age of six, Antonio embarked on a journey to the United States, where he would shape his life and leave an unforgettable mark on the hearts of those around him. In 1984, Antonio crossed paths with the love of his life, Bernadette Magny. This connection blossomed into a beautiful union, and in 1986, they exchanged vows, marking the beginning of 38 years of unwavering love and devotion. Together, they welcomed their children: Stanley, Cliff, Gerald, and Barbara. Whilst from other fulfilling relationships he also had Nikkiana, Marven, and Antonio Jr.
Antonio was a familiar face in Lower Manhattan, where he worked as a parking attendant. crossed his path. The community adored him for his warm demeanor, genuine kindness, and infectious laughter. Despite the hustle and bustle of city life, Antonio's presence brought a sense of joy and togetherness to all who crossed his path.
In 2001, Antonio experienced the unimaginable tragedy of The World Trade Center attacks. Through divine intervention and sheer determination, he miraculously made it home to his beloved family, a testament to his strength and resilience in the face of adversity.
Known for his impeccable sense of style, Antonio never left the house without looking sharp, driving the cleanest car, and ensuring it was always fueled to the brim. His larger-then-life personality, quick wit, and boisterous laughter made him a magnetic presence wherever he went. Antonio was the life of the party, bringing joy, happiness and laughter to every gathering with his infections energy and unmistakable charm.
Antonio leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter that will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by his adoring wife, Bernadette, his beloved children, siblings, extended family, and countless friends whose lives he touched in profound ways.
As we say farewell to Antonio, may we find solace in the memories we shared, and may his spirit continue to inspire us to live each day with joy, kindness, and an unwavering zest for life. Rest in peace, dear Antonio, your light will shine on forever in our hearts.
